You can use the Urban Direct Packaging Lab for expert packaging and material testing. Testing your packaging before shipping helps ensure that it will meet your customer’s needs and expectations.

Does Urban Direct have recyclable packaging?

Our boxes are 100% recyclable.

My Urban Direct account is locked. How can I access it?

To update your username or password you need to visit the log in page and click “Forgot Password.”

You can track the exact location of your package by entering the tracking number on the label here.

How do I cancel a shipment?

An online account allows you to place deliveries, access an online address book, run reports on past shipments, set user preferences for shipping, order supplies and set up flexible payment options.

How do I create a label for my shipment?

Log in to your account here. Fill in the shipping label information. Enter a weight (whole numbers only). Print your label. Secure the Urban Direct shipping label to the package in a clear sleeve or with clear packing tape.
